What we provide

Additional information:

  • All prices are current as of November 2014 and are inclusive of 15% G.S.T
  • Due to ongoing price fluctuations in fuel, meat and dairy products, pricing is subject to change without notice.
  • All minimum numbers stated are based on adults. Reduced rates apply for children aged under 12.
  • Children aged 5-12 are ½ price, the first 6 children aged under 5 are free of charge.
  • During peak periods (November - March) minimum numbers may apply.
  • For all functions we provide the necessary crockery, cutlery, serving equipment, buffet tables with linen and serviettes.
  • We are able to customise our menus to suit your function, and will be happy to quote accordingly.
  • Extra dishes can include: wild game, seafood platters, gourmet salads, additional dessert.
  • For functions outside Christchurch City limits, a travel charge of $1.50 per kilometre, per vehicle, each way applies.
  • On request, any excess food from the buffet will be left for you. This will be at the sole discretion of your catering staff.
  • Your own containers must be provided.
  • A 15 % surcharge applies to all catering and services on public holidays.
  • We require you to contact us no later than 5 working days prior to your function, with confirmation of your guest numbers and the final selection of your menu.
  • It is essential that you advise us if your venue is upstairs, or has difficult access as additional charges may apply.
  • A complete function planning service is available on request. Additional charges do apply.

All catering is undertaken under the following Terms and Conditions:

  • Upon confirmation of your booking a $250.00 deposit is payable.
  • If your function is cancelled within:
    ~ 72 hours of the date booked you will be charged in full.
    ~ a calendar month of the date booked, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • If your booking is cancelled more than one calendar month prior to the date booked, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • Due to ongoing price fluctuations in fuel, meat and dairy products, pricing is subject to change without notice.
  • Full payment is to be made on or before the day of your function.
    Any additional charges are to be paid within 7 days of invoice date.
  • Credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard) incur a 2.5% surcharge.
  • Any account unpaid after 7 days of date due will incur a 5% interest penalty.
  • Any collection costs incurred on overdue accounts will be added to the outstanding amount due.
  • A 15 % surcharge applies to all catering and services on public holidays.
  • Additional charges may apply to any function that serves more than 30 minutes after your requested serving time.
